"I wanted to drop you a short letter expressing my gratitude to you and your company for the warmth and kindness my family received at your facility - both in September of 2004 when my mom passed and most recently when my dad passed. Your company was a pleasure to work with. Picking out headstones is not fun - especially when all emotions from death are flowing. Dad and I spoke with you when we were there to pick out their headstone in 2004, and you were very patient, kind and very understanding. It takes special people to do what you do - I couldn't do it - I'd be crying right along with the customer!

You did a wonderful job with their headstone. It was unique but isn't that what life is about? Every person is unique. And I'll tell - I miss them both! You don't hear of many people bragging about their parents being clowns, but we had so much fun with that. My husband and kids are now carrying on the tradition.

Thank you again for the pleasant experience - both now and when my mom passed. I don't live in Toledo anymore but I have a lot of ties there. If I get the chance, I will definitely pass on my experience to others."
